2026-2027 DeLaura Yearbook Application Information

Thank you for your interest in DeLaura’s Yearbook program! In order to be placed in the class, potential students must submit a completed application form and two teacher recommendation forms. Be sure to give the teachers/administrators completing your recommendation forms ample time to fill them out and submit them via the Google Forms.

No late or incomplete applications will be accepted.

Required Elements for Application:

●        General Application (Google Form)

●        At least two letters of recommendation, one of which must be your current ELA teacher. The other may be any other current teacher or school administrator. It is recommended that you email the following links to the teachers you are asking for recommendations asap.

●        OPTIONAL Demo Spread: On two 8.5 x11 sheets of paper, design your own yearbook spread (examples include basketball, lunch time favorites, weekend hobbies, dances, favorite subjects). You may use pictures from the internet, magazines or from your own camera. You may also sketch what the pictures would be. Each spread must include: an original title, at least 8 photos, captions, and body text. This may be done on the computer or by hand, but must be in color. (They may be done on paper but must be scanned in and emailed to Mrs. Warthen.)

ALL APPLICATION ITEMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 15, 2026!
